We cut vegetables fresh every day, make our beans and rice daily, and press the limes for our margaritas by hand.

Our story

The secret of Mexican cuisine is simple.

We use the best quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and a respectful attitude to the product and to the work with it. That's the whole secret, and it's how we've cooked in the mid-valley for more than 20 years.

    We cut vegetables fresh, and make fresh beans and fresh rice daily. We only use high-quality meat for all our dishes.

    Our margaritas start with limes we press by hand. No shortcuts behind the bar either.
